MAGIC at SEPŠ Koper, Slovenia (Comenius): May 2014

The second project meeting took place in Koper - Slovenia from 31 March until 7 April. We did our best to make everyone feel welcome and we tried to prepare a rich programme for the week. We hope you enjoyed it.

9.30 – Welcome at SEPŠ Koper (school library)

10.00 – 12.00 – Tour of Koper (in groups)

12.00 – Tour reports in the school library

12.30 – Lunch in the school canteen

14.00 – Reception at the Town Hall

15.00 – 17.00 – Visit to RTV Koper – Capodistria and the local newspaper Primorske novice (2 groups)

18.00 – Dinner at Pacug

Evening – free time

Wednesday, 02/04: 8.00 – Breakfast

8.45 – Bus to Koper

9.30 - Visit to the Faculty of Media Studies in Koper (lectures and workshops on the topic of advertising by Sandra Bašič Hrvatin, Marina Furlan, Peter Sekloča and David Francesconi: 9.30 – 10.15: 3 x 15 min lecture; 10.20 – 11.05: 3 workshops; 11.10 – 11.30: Reporting )

12.00 – Lunch in the school canteen

15.00 – Visit to the local radio station Radio Capris (a smaller group - up to 20 people)

16.00 – Visit to the wine cellar VinaKoper

18.00 – Bus to Pacug

18.30 – Dinner in Pacug

20.00 – International Evening I – Country presentations

Thursday, 03/04: 7.30 – Breakfast (a small group taking part in the programme Dobro jutro at RTV Koper at 8.00)

8.15 – Bus to Postojnska jama

9.45 – 12.00 – Vivarium and Postojnska jama

12.30 – Lunch

14.00 – Visit to Lipica stud farm

18.00 – Dinner at Pacug
